Designing a custom piece requires time and meticulous work. The intricate details sometimes can be quite time consuming. You should take your time to consult with the jeweler and share your needs and desires for your piece to make sure you get exactly what you had in mind. 

Working with a computer aided design software might give you the illusion of a faster rendering but the detailed work that goes into creating a 3D model is complex. The production of the piece may take 
up to three weeks most.
